Buddy Finance (hereafter, BF) is a licensed property financing/lending company in Hong Kong, which started to operate in 2018. BF is a Hong Kong-based company that targets mortgage finance, project finance and property-related financial transactions.

BF has principally engaged in asset-backed financing that focuses on mortgage loans with low Loans To Value (LTV) basis; this represents extremely low risk and defensive to economic upheavals. BF’s customers primarily are property owners and homeowners.
